| Will the common ornamental Callery pears serve as an adequate pollinator for this tree or should it have a specific selection. like Bosc? |

| Asian pears are partially self fertile. When fully pollinated they overset by 10 fold. So you probably don't need a pollinator. Bosc took 8 years to flower here. So get another Asian if you must. My favorite is Olympic, aka Korean Giant and several other names. |
