Grafting/Budding Question

Last Summer I bud grafted a rootstock (had a failed w + t graft) and the bud looks viable so far. It is a V shape ( 2 stems) so I am wondering if I can/should do a whip and tongue on the other stem. I have more varieties than rootstock space but I don't want to hurt the chances of the Jefferies bud growing well.

It may take some vigor from the the bud, but that isn't the end of the world.

Thanks both of you. I guess if they both take I can adjust sizes later if it is an issue.

This grafting and trying out new varieties is great fun.
