Should I remove fruit from cuttings?

Hello I'm a gardening newbie. i recently got some mulberry cuttings about 2 weeks ago, I put some in soil in a pot and leaves seem to be coming out but I was surprised that its also pushing fruit! My question is should I remove the fruit? I know it doesn't have roots yet since Its not that long that I planted it. I'm afraid to disturb them but I don't want them to die if I let the fruit stay. what should I do?

It can put more energy into making roots if the fruit is removed.
