Ultra Dwarf Babcock peach in tiny container.

I bought an Ultra Dwarf Babcock Peach that is in a small container probably #3, I want to transplant into a larger container but it is fruiting right now and I have never moved anything when it is fruiting, would it be ok, or would it drop its fruit. It has to be in a larger container because it is already drying out quickly with our warm days, I am watering daily now.
