we planted peach tree two weeks ago. it is red heaven peach about 5' tall. i guess it might be my impatience but was wandering how long does it take for tree to start growing leaves. i see all the trees are blooming around here sprouting leaves and so and even same trees in nursery are having flowers right now.

brankulo, I assume you've planted a bare root tree, or a recently potted bare root tree. It takes a little longer that first year, since the roots have to establish themselves, first, before leaves and blossoms will appear. Just be patient and give your new tree time to get going. It will.
