applying wettable sulfur with drip line

Has anyone tried applying wettable sulfur under their blueberry bushes via the drip irrigation. Will it plug the emitters or does it dissolve enough that this would work. I have a couple rows of bushes with flag emitters that let a nice size stream of water out. Im confident that they would allow the wettable sulfur out. However, I have some drip lines that allow 1 gph out that are much smaller. Anyways, Has anyone tried this. thanks, brandon

Sulfur is zero percent soluable. So I'd be afraid it will just settle to the bottom of the lines and you'll never know how much actually reached it's target. Recommendations I read recently said no powdered sulfur, only the granulated kind. I was wondering why, maybe the powdered is hard to apply evenly.
