Has anyone obtained persimmon scionwoods from UC Irvine persimmon collection. Very nice video.

I liked that video and would enjoy the curator's job!! Makes me want to plant more persimmon.

I would like to obtain the astringent persimmon scionwood from this video which produced a least 500lbs of fruits per season. This one tree will supply the fruits for a whole year.

Thank you for sharing this video. The lady has a great job.

Persimmon is on my list of tree-to-grow next year. I don't think I'd have energy to push the zone like Tonytran does. My choice of varieties will be more limited.
