Looking for someone locally/apple grafting

I'm looking for someone in the WNY area to help out with some grafting. I've got an old apple tree that's going to fall off the cliff (literally) within a few years. I have a crab apple that I can graft to, but I'd like to graft to rootstock as well to plant an independant tree. I would LOVE to trade several cuttings from my apple for help with this project. I have NO idea what kind of apple it is-the fruit are smaller, reddish variety. They taste pretty good for eating but are a bit bland in pies. This tree has likely been here over 100 years, I found reference to the area being a "recreational area" with "orchards" in the 1920's. There are a few other apple trees around, none quite as large as this one though. It's quite healthy, especially given it's probable age. I am basically looking to keep this tree's lineage going, as I don't know for sure if it's the same as others around here or not. If you're able to help, shoot me an email and we can talk :)
