Transplant a blooming fruit tree?

I have a Fruit Coctail tree (Plum, Peach, Nectarine). I planted it 2 yrs ago and last summer had a small crop of good sized fruit of all 3 kinds. We have moved within the same zone and I want to move the tree to our new house. The question is - it is in full bloom. (I think the plum is finished blooming but the other 2 are still full.) Will I kill it to transplant it now? I only have about 3 wks to decide then our house goes on the market to sell. Any suggestions (besides leave it for the new owners) would be appreciated. (I already know that's the final option.)
