Tsurunoco (Chocolate) and Hachiya in SoCal

Hi all,

Anybody knows a good nursery in the Los Angeles area (or ~<2 hours of driving)
where I could buy Tsurunoco (Chocolate) and Hachiya semi-dwarf trees?
I am thinking about 5-6 ft tall.

How much sun do they need? I have some space next to my house but on the Western side.

Thanks!
