Grape Leaf Damage

I've got a Venus seedless grape thats now in it's second year, and overall I'd say its doing quite well.

Only hitch though (you knew there had to be one) some of the leaves are showing some sort of damage. Couple of pictures below.

Its not on all of them, but just wanting to nip any potential problems in the bud. I've hit it with a couple sprays of a broad spectrum fungicide to be safe, and with some neem oil.

Anything I should be concerned with, or is it just a "all grapes do this, don't worry about it" kind of thing?

General Rule: Don't spray until you know what the problem is.

Looks environmental to me. Give it a chance to root in well. To start, remove the grass around the vine. About a 30-inch circle at least.
