Apple tree - bud/branch below graft

I planted an apple tree with multiple grafts last month and I see a new growth on the trunk below a graft. Circled in pink in the attached photo.
Not sure whether to remove or keep the new branch. It would be helpful if you could share your opinion and suggestions.
