Rust or ? on figs

Well here I go agin looking for information.My fig trees got hurt bad from the last freeze we they are trying to recover and this has started.I have never had this on my figs before so the question is is this rust or what and can I spray anything to correct the problem or should I just quit worrying.You can tell you are dealing with a nu be.All help will be appreciated by me and my trees thanks.

Don't spray. Not rust. Wait & see what happens next. Likely it will be fine.

If it is rust the answer is COPPER spray
