Adopted Majestic Beauty Olive Tree

I adopted a tree in a pot with a tag that states its a Majestic Beauty Olive tree. I am a newbie when it comes to plants and I am trying to find information on how to repot it. I did come across some information on how to plant a tree but now I need information regarding the branches. The tree's branches especially one seems bigger than the trunk of the tree. Is there a way to support the tree so it growns more straight up? As I want to keep the tree in a container, do I prune the top to keep it from growing too tall? Any other suggestions regarding the health of this young tree would be appreciated.

I live in zone 10 USDA, Sunset zone 22/23

That's going to be a challenge to grow into a single trunk form. Your dominant leader grew to the right from the first fork. If you remove the right branch at the next fork you've moved the growth to an upright form. You would want to remove the other two weak branches at the first fork as well. This gives you an upright tree with a big kink low in the trunk. You MAY be able to straighten the kink by splinting the kinked area with a sturdy pole. Or it may be to late.
