I purchased a property 15 months ago....3 trees turned out to be apple.....do not know age, would guess 25-30 + years....probably have never been cut back/pruned...one is about 30 ft the other 2 about 18 ft high.....eventually apples in the fall - red....full of spots, I assume worms.....is there any hope ? How can I learn how to cut trees down to size so that apples can be harvested ? How can I find instruction for saving trees ? Thanks Much,
