Apricot blooming in 2nd year

Hi all,
I planted a goldcot apricot two falls ago into good soil and decent sun. This is the second growth season, and I already have blossoms (!). Is this normal? Should I keep them? Thin them?
Thanks, Adam

Sure, and yes, if the trees are in an ideal situation, you can certainly get fruit in the 2nd year. You can thin to a few, if you're concerned about the tree putting out too much energy in fruit production, but if you've got a decent leaf canopy, I wouldn't worry.

Thanks Patty, all the blossoms fell off, no fruits this year, but I look forward to next year!
