There's too many names for Guavas :-)

I have a "white Asian" guava and it flowered a few weeks ago and now has two small fruits.

I have 7 guava trees. Some of them bloom early may, while others are barely starting to bloom. The fruit starts to be ripe from late august. I have a particular tree that has a very large (16oz) white guava that is crunchy and hangs on the tree for long period (mid sept-late november).

Is anyone growing this in the Northwest by any chance? I want to know if this fruit can be grown here in this climate.
