Best table olive choice for Southern CA.

If you had to pick one olive variety for table olives in Southern California, which one would you choose? I'm leaning towards Manzanillo. The options from the wholesaler are Manzanillo, Mission, Arbequina, and Frantoio. Of course if there is another variety that everyone thinks is great, I have other supplier options.

I had to pick two for decent cross-pollination. My selections were Arbequina and Arbosana. Both can be kept small and are becoming much more common locally. The Arbosana seems very precocious, it flowered as an 18" twig!

My trees are very small and young still so I can't offer much in the way of personal experience. If your main consideration is taste, you can check out local farmer's markets and grocery stores with olive bars, and see which ones you like. I like them all, so I stuck with precocious and smaller more manageable varieties.

I prefer salt cured middle eastern black olives, but I like them all.

We have enough room for a decent sized tree so it doesn't have to stay small, though I'm not going to let it go crazy.
