Leaving fruit on a young Nectarine?

I bought a Fantasia Nectarine earlier this year.It was in about a three gallon pot at maybe ten feet tall.I transplanted it into a larger one and cut it lower to about four feet and left four branches. The buds were starting to show color and it bloomed and now has some small fruits.
This is my first time growing a tree of this kind.Should all the fruit be removed or can a few be left on?Thanks,Brady

The fruits will probably drop on their own. It wouldn't hurt anything to leave a couple, if they don't. Nects bear early.
