I realized the previous picture I sent was too dark. As previously mentioned, I think I see the graft union, I now know what that looks like. It appears the leaches are growing from a branch above the graft union, I am not sure? However, there is a branch growing beneath the dirt and I am thinkng it is from the root shoot?

Not sure what to do next? I still have the long branch which looks dead and the leaves below look good, should I cut the long branch back? And if so how much? I will be using Jobe fruit and citus fertilizer, how often should I use it ?and how much,p? I also have a tangerine dwarf that presently looks good.
