Asian plum and hybrid Asian plum pollination with Asian apricot

Does a manchurian strain apricot pollinate well with Asian plum and American/Asian plum hybrids?
Apricot is in same genus as plums it's pretty much a fuzzy plum to most people .
I've got a few westcot apricots and a few Asian plum variety and wondering how they will do . I live in an area that all my trees open at the same time it's very strange winters here . So I do have the ability to control the flowering times .

Do any of you experts know ?
