Organic soil? Not sure what that means. Are you talking about some kind of potting soil? Just because you use some fertilizer for acid loving plants, it doesn't mean the soil will turn acidic. For starters the soil might not be suitable for blueberries. There are lots of threads on proper potting mix (like a mixture of pine bark mulch and peat) for blueberries, here and over on the "containers" forum. That's a good place to start. Your plant still looks pretty good, and I think you still have time to get into a good home.

I think that one of the biggest problems people have growing blueberries in containers is watering. Pots are great for establishing proper soil conditions, but water is a problem. We all know blueberries require water, bone dry will kill the plant, moderately dry will weaken the plant and reduce fruit yields and too much water will kill the plant quickly. Blueberries do not live in swamps, they grow where the water table is near the surface but never standing water. dig now in the soil a couple of inches and see if it is moist. For me, the best and fastest way to tell if you should water is to lift the pot and see how heavy it is compared to a pot with dry mix.
