| I have 6 year old semi-dwarf Gala's. I have very small branches scattered throughout the tree that have died. Every thing else looks very dark green and healthy. I had a golden delicious 15 feet away that never fully leaved out this spring and then died. It was the same age. There doesn't seem to be any bugs or aphids. I sprayed at budding. Its got me baffled. |

| If they are in the interior of the tree with less light, it is pruning off limbs that are in less optimal spots. Such behavior is perfectly natural. Scott |
