| We have about 6 plants each of blackberries, raspberries and bluberries. I am tired of the wildlife getting the best fruit. Does anyone have a special netting you particularly like? I never seem to have enough and it winds up a tangled mess if I save it year to year. |

| Something like this will do. Knitted/knotted netting is the best. between 10mm and 20mm mesh would be ok for you. |

| I purchased this bird netting: AviGard® Easy Fit™ Patented Square Mesh Canopy Net from Plantra.com. It is so much better than the stuff you buy from the big box stores. I finally was able to harvest some berries this year. You may want to also use pvc loops with the netting to form a structure to support the netting. If you don't the birds will still peck at the fruit that is reachable through the netting. |
