14-4-8 will work. I'd also recommend some mulch. That soil looks awfully bare. Also I usually build a berm, ~6ft wide, around the tree to hold water. Cover the soil inside the berm with mulch and you'll be good to go.

Mulch will encourage vigor more than any fertilizer for a transplanted tree. Usually they don't really start to pull the fertilizer until at least half way into the growing season when transplanted. Even with that you will get best growth by keeping the tree mulched with at least a 3' ring (I go for 5-6') 3 to 4" deep of wood chips or something similar, pulled away from the trunk.

I use DHMO (dihydrogen monoxide) exclusively for the first year. With a thick mulch to keep the DHMO in the soil, of course.
