Wow, I'm so sorry to hear you've been hit again!! I can tell you a shelter or greenhouse won't cure all the pain. But it does help. I hope you can get something done in that regard and that you have something left after this mess.

Yeah, when it hails and you get damaged trees and/or crops it's very sad indeed! A real helpless feeling. Sometimes hail has funny pattens, hopefully your damage will be minimal.

The weather woman calls for hail again today, but not as big as yesterday; they should be under an inch in diameter. I think my orchard will survive the hail. The worst hit was my rhubarb.

I saw that it damaged four jet planes at the airport. That sounds like BIG hail.

Hang in there. Your trees will form scar over the hail damage indentations. I got late frost last week and all my grape flowers were toast but the vines still alive. Some persimmon trees got nailed also, but starting to send out some new buds. This was the first time for me to have late frost beyond Mother's Day. Crazy weather!!

I didn't get any of the hail yet, but that is because we haven't had any rain either!

I got just a touch of late frost last week, but it only burned the edges of a few leaves. Im on the hill, down in the valley it hit harder. Im glad it didn't get me worse, I have cherries about half sized already.
