peach tree, young, has problem

A friend has a peach tree that has developed some problems. I have no idea what it could be. Can anyone tell me what is happening? It was transplanted last November so it's been in the ground since then. I'd say it gets a fair amount of sun but not all day. There are plenty of trees and other plants all around.

There are two pics here:

Thanks very much.

That's peach leaf curl. It's too late to spray this year. Next year the tree needs to be sprayed before bud break.

Here is a link that might be useful: peach leaf curl

Thank you so much for that quick response! I appreciate it and will pass on that info to my friend.
