Blackberry Issue

Anybody know what causes this? I can't find a bug anywhere causing this.

Just looks to me like a few flowers didn't get fertilized, so died.

Thanks. That has to be it. I guess I am too late to spray this year or could I do it. The blooms are 99 % gone. 75 % are fully sized red like picture with one variety turning black slowly. The other varieties are just forming and small and green.

This link show what do in summer, don't use dormant oil in summer use Horticultural oils. Host plants that may have will need summer spray as well blackberries, I think have European red mites, but you read up and decide by plants you have. Tapping leaves over white paper plate give some so ID with magnification seeing color and legs important.
