All but Green Gage have a good chance of working. Diploid plums (all but the Europeans) generally pollinate each other. There are exceptions, but the norm is they will pollinate OK. Pluots are 95+% plum so view them as plums with respect to pollination.

Maybe I'm not understanding but Satsuma and Elephant Heart will pollinate each other, at least in my experience. They bloom at the same time.

Satsumas are very sour tasting I think. I've read some posts on here where people had problems pollinating with Satsumas because Satsumas tend to bloom later than elephant heart? Anyone has any experience with pollinating elephant heart? Is it possible for elephant heart to be self-pollinating?

Bloom time may vary if chill hours are an issue for you. I don't have an Elephant Heart, but I remember it as blooming on the late side here.

I am in Socal, I heard they do well here? But I think they do even better in Norcal!

Right now, I have my elephant heart near my Yellow Plums, Spice Zee, Satsuma. What should I add to be on the safe side? Maybe I HAVE to get a weeping Santa Rosa or a Regular Santa Rosa? Can i just add another elephant heart?

I have both Elephant Heart and Satsuma. This is the first time my Elephant Heart was in full bloom. There may be a few days difference in full bloom times, but there seemed to be a good overlap.

For me all the Japanese type plums overlap. But it may be different in different climates.

In any case you should be more than covered for pollination.

Yes, Burgundy is a Japanese plum, Apparently Burgundy is also self-fruitful, which is a real surprise to me!

It was my understanding that usually you do not want another pollinator for Tangerines such as Satsuma (and especially with Clementines), it will cause them to have more seeds, which defeats the whole purpose of having a seedless variety. When commercial orchards plant Tangerines, it is all the same variety and they do not want to be located right next to another citrus grove.
