Gooseberry - Captivator, no fruit?

eciton

I planted several Captivator Gooseberries in our home "orchard" last spring. Bought year old plants, pruned per directions given at planting. Pruned again per directions in winter removing approx 25-50% of last years growth to help with structure and thinning the middle to allow airflow. (they got REALLY bramble like long and tangled last summer)

now, no fruit, no flowers, lots of green growth.

the other Hinnonmaki Red gooseberries that got the same treatment are doing great and flowered/set fruit.

ideas?

thanks
