Identifying my tree?

We moved into our house about 2 years ago. There is a 6 ft tree in the backyard.. from what I've researched so far, it is some sort of pear tree although I only found one small hard underdeveloped pear on it when we first moved in. The flowers are big and white.. I haven't noticed any scent from them. I'm not sure how to care for it, and since it's next to a boxwood hedge, the side closest to the hedge is starting to yellow. Any help would be appreciated. Oh.. and it has 4 thinner trunks. thx!

RE: Identifying my tree?

Sounds like an ornamental pear, or callery pear. Google them and you will see.
