Apple bench grafts from Greenmantle. Need advice

Hello everyone,

I bought 4 bench grafts from Greenmantle nursery this spring. I have them in 5 gallon pots and they are doing well.

Just wondering what I should do with these next fall. Do I bring the pots into the garage after leaves have fallen? Leave them outside in pots? Plant them in the ground?

I am in Michigan zone 5.

If you know the spot to plant, do it now,.. if not, burry the pot half way.
