What's wrong with my blueberries?

Pretty much every leaf looks like this. There is new growth on the bush but this is a pretty systemic thing it looks like.

Here's a picture of the bush itself:

I've poked around on the internet but can't find anything that looks like this (concentric, brown rings). Closest I can find is the Ringspot Virus, but it doesn't quite match the description/look.

RE: What's wrong with my blueberries?

Red Leaf Disease causes reddish-brown leaves with white spores on the undersides, while Red Ringspot Virus causes reddish-brown spots only on top of leaves. If you don't have white spores on under side you have red ring spot Virus.

What part of the country are you located in?

RE: What's wrong with my blueberries?

I'm in 8b (Texas). I checked and there's no white spores on the underside. If it is RRV, where'd it come from and is there a way to cure it?
