| This is weird, my Satsuma plums are starting to ripen earlier than normal, they usually ripen around early July. I had this tree for about five years and this is the first time that the fruits have shown signs of an early ripening. so far we had a cooler than normal spring here in Southern California. Here is pic of a ripe plum (about 75% ripe), most of them are starting to show some signs of ripening--red on the tips. |
