Dwarf Avocado pruning advice

Anyone have any advice on pruning this beast? It flowers and produces quite a few fruit, but the fruit dropped last year after it gets about pea sized. This year they got a little bit bigger but still dropped. It's been in the ground for 3 or 4 years. I'm guessing trimming it up will help. Saw a much thinner one in my neighborhood on a walk and it looked like it had some much more mature looking fruit.

M...any idea if this is a grafted tree? What variety? Avocados can be pruned to shape. As with all pruning...do not leave "stumps". Prune back to the connecting branch (flush). Your tree looks like it is healthy.
