strawberry came from nowhere?

I had planted seascape strawberries in 2012, they did not do very good. I saw this plant coming to the shady side and I was like well, I wont weed it, and it turned into a big huge plant more successful. But, I was like no, this can't be, but it got bigger and bigger, it was huge. I had to move it. It ended in two parts, two plants now. Why would it come back to the wrong side of the garden? Or did it just come from nature and is not related to seascape at all?

seeds) My alpine strawberries are almost weeds now - birds eat them and drop the seeds all over the garden)

Thank you. It is still alive at least, but it has almost no roots to speak of, because it was tangled in a bed with lily of the valleys. Maybe someone else grows strawberries and the birds brought it too me?
