I live in zone 7 but we have weather like zone 6 or 5 sometimes. We still have frosts into the second week of May some years. The problem with most plum varieties is they bloom in February or march and almost always get killed by frost and never make any plums. I would like to find a variety that blooms later so it can produce fruit.
