sanbokan lemon problem

I have a sanbokan lemon (4) actually and all of o sudden I notice one has leaves that have turned over (backside of leaf to sun). it appears that in was in a terrible wind storm. the ones next to it looks fine. what gives? maybe fertilizer is needed?

beetom, you'er better off posting over on the Citrus forum. Citrus really, really do not like high winds, it can be very damaging. I would say your tree is thirsty, and I would check to see if you need to do a nice, deep watering. You don't say if you have this tree in the ground or in a container? If it's in a container, before you water, check to make sure the tree indeed, needs water. You should be fertilizing your citrus trees regularly. Again, need more info to give you better fertilizing advice, and I can help you over on the Citrus forum with that.
