 o
Strawberry Idea's

So i have been harvesting strawberries for about 3 weeks now and the only thing i can think of making with them is strawberry jam. Looking for some more fun/creative recipes or idea's to do with them. Anything would help a lot.

Thank you,
~Dan

I'm not big on preserves, or chunks in my jam, so I liquefy strawberries in a blender. Try adding rhubarb in the jam.
You could make leather too, Google fruit leather.
Smoothies are always nice!
I like strawberries to mix with my more tart fruit like currants. But any combination are always interesting to me.

You could freeze berries until you decide what to do with them. You could make a syrup too. Check allrecipes.com for other ways to use them.

totally forgot about smoothies. I have to agree with blending them, i do not prefer chunks in my jam either.

Get a juicer, check the net for recipes.
