World's smallest blueberry plant

OK, I don't actually know that, but it must be close. I was hiking in the woods in Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania yesterday, and noticed a tiny blueberry plant growing near an old tree stump in the shade. I did not see any other blueberry plants nearby. It was maybe 3 inches tall and had 5 or 6 leaves, very thin stem. The only reason I noticed it is because it actually had 4 berries! I tasted one that was blue. Not much flavor other than tart.

It sure looked like blueberry leaves and fruit. Is there anything else it could have been?
