Persimmon thinning and budding questions

My Eureka bloomed profusely and like always started aborting fruit soon after. Since it drops fruit so quickly does it need more thinning afterwards? I've usually thinned out closely spaced fruits.

Also does anyone have experience T budding these things? Or is there a better way? I have a Chocolate that so far has set 10% of Eureka. I might want to graft/bud over.

On my Kakis, I let the first fruits drop to stop and wait for 2 more weeks for them to size up. If no more fruits drop, I then thin them out accordingly after that. I only graft additional branches and also do airlayering on my kakis but have not try T-B.

Thanks Tony, I respect your opinion and it sounds like you do about like I've done in the past. If I had two trees I'd leave one without extra thinning. But I'm afraid I might miss a crop next year.
