I bought a house in Boston last year that has 3 peach trees that by all accounts have produced lucious peaches in previous years.

I moved in June 2009 and the did nothing to care for the tree upon moving in...I'm not sure how they may have been cared for up to this point.

Last summer the leaves of the tree had raised red bumps and curled up a bit. The peaches grew...100's of them. The peaches all had a translucent 'goo' or 'puss' oozing from them. I cut around the skin of a few to find they tasted good, they were just icky looking.

This spring I pruned the tree a lot. It bloomed and now peaches are about the size of large olives. Same symptoms are appearing. Leaves have holes and red raised bumps...peaches have this ooze.

Any ideas? I'm not a natural green thumb but I can follow instructions. :)
