What disease or bug affliction is this?

Is this canker? Some orange looking spots on mostly upper leaves. The. Notices many branches had wilted tips. That turned black and died. Doesn't seem to be spreading down the branch. At first thought it was from missing some watering during the weeklong heat spell. But now the spots seem to be increasing in frequency and noticing them on the other cherry tree. I can get more pics if necessary. Oh yeah, these are sweet cherry trees

Thanks. I will google what they look like. What is best way to control them? Are they also causing the orange spots on the leaves?

Not sure what the small leaf spots are, not sure it is significant, but I don't think the OFM is causing that.

Checked free last night and some of the spotted leaves are. Curling/dying. I also saw some sap where I headed off a branch but didn't see a hole or anything where a bored or bug could get in. Updated pictures below.
