I planted a bunch of fruit trees from stark bros last year, most are doing great. Ive noticed the standards are doing much better than the dwarfs.

This dwarf peach is hurting from something, hopefully the pictures help show what it is. I had the plastic spiral protector around the trunk since I planted it so I know critters did not eat the bark, its some bug or infection. When I pulled the plastic spiral off recently I noticed it was filled with jelly and the bark was severely damaged. I have not used any sprays or pest controls yet, any suggestions (organic preferred)???

The tree also has some bugs damaging the leaves too, hopefully the pictures help identify the problem. I dont know how to post multiple pictures in this one post so I will also post another with a second picture of the trunk with jelly/damage
