Sorry for the bad cell phone photos. The tree has been in the container for a little over a year, flowered a lot, has about 15 fruits, all a little larger than golf ball size. All has been fine until last week. Some started splitting, and a few fell off. I didn't want to throw them away, so I ate them, not bad at all, just a little soft, tasted OK. My in ground nectarines are all larger, firmer, sweeter. I THINK that the HOT weather is partly to blame, but I'm not sure. It's been high 90s and low 100s lately here in my are, hot and dry wind. There were a few times where I missed watering, the leaves wilted, but perked right up after I watered. Thanks,
