I have two hybrid pears, one john and one golden spice. the john.is in its third year and produced a hand full of pears. I got the golden spice at the end of last year and planted it.

the john broke dormancy about.two weeks ago and is flowering and is leafing out while the golden.spice seems to be lagging. it is just starting to pop open the.buds.

most fruits here seem to all pop buds with in the same week but this guy is different. could it be col damage or because I planted in the fall?
