rootstock for highbush cranberry

can snowball bush be used as a rootstock for highbush cranberry ? I have difficulty with clay soil but the snowball bush is already growing in the soil , I'm hoping I can use it.

??? i assume...you are talking about viburnums? i believe it would work, but have never tried grafting these...since the root so easily. and grow well in clay soil.
