Sure that's not a callary pear?

I have no idea. That's why I posted it here. I'm hoping someone can identify it :-). Is there some other identifying information that would narrow it down?

The orange stuff is a fungus disease called rust.

It's a callery pear. They stick in the spring, a bit like Chinese Boxwood and the fruit isn't 'good'.

Many localities consider it a nuisance tree and advice cutting any you have down. That costs money though.
