muscadine problem

My muscadines have been doing fine. Just planted them last year. have had good groath then this started. Have sprayed 2 times with captan& mancozeb. I thought that would take care of any problems wrong wrong. Not sure what to do next. All help will be thankful

That looks more like a nutrient deficiency than disease. I've linked to an old thread that might be helpful...

Young muscadines like magnesium. The most common way to provide it is to use epsom salt (magnesium sulfate.) Two ounces of epsom salt applied to the soil around each vine is recommended. Section 21 in this publication says yellowing between the veins in the leaves can be a sign of magnesium deficiency. Here's the url for that chapter. I recommend reading the whole thing.
