Are these wild black raspberries?

I was walking my property today and notices a few patches of what I think are wild black raspberries. Some of them are just starting to turn black. The first year canes are green with a whitish film which can be wiped off. I am all but certain they are, but before I letting kids at them, I would like someone with more experience to positively ID them.

Thanks!!

They multiply by the canes bending over and the tips rooting to the ground.

Yep! Haven't even been out to check what's left of my wild patch - probably past since the red raspberries are starting to ripen. Enjoy!

yes you shouldn't have to pull on them. They should come right off when ripe. If your pulling them your not getting the sweet flavor. If you don't want them to multiply pinch the tips when they are about four foot tall. They will grow lateral branches that will give more berries next summer. I transplant mine to a row and run wire two foot and five foot. I let mine grow a little taller. The hard part is letting keep on the canes a day or two after they turn black. Everyone picks them as soon as they can, (kids).
